Bruce has been selling real estate full time in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area since 1980. As a result, he has had the advantage of witnessing the transformation of the area to what it has become. He has a comfort level few agents have to be able to provide services throughout the greater community. Additionally, his experience provides an extensive background in marketing properties, client representation and relocation. Professional development has always been a priority and early in his career he obtained his GRI and CRS designations. He is a graduate of the Scottsdale Association of Realtors Leadership Program and has received numerous production and service awards over the span of his career including being recognized at one of the Top 100 Agents in the Valley by Phoenix Magazine. He considers his growing client base his most valuable resource and therefore is not transaction orientated but more concerned with long-term relationships. Due to this, most of his business is referral based and he is an advocate of staying in touch with his past clients. He is a founding Member of the Azure Realty Team and one of the founders of the Scottsdale Ranch Home Tour to which he continues to presents monthly statistical updates. Bruce lives in Scottsdale and recently celebrated his 46th wedding anniversary. He has raised three children and is a proud grandparent of three boys. He participates in the Cursillo Movement and WorkLight among other activities. He is absolutely SOLD on Arizona and enjoys exploring its tranquil deserts beautiful canyons and rugged mountains.
